It's Time For Accountability In The Sheriff's Office
“I am not a politician, I am a native of Union, Served
Honorably in the US Army and veteran law enforcement officer. I believe that in order to have the assets available to keep our community safe, we must be fiscally responsible.
Losing is not an option - Too many have paid too much for us to fail.”

About William Jolly
I started my police career in 1975 as a Deputy Sheriff in Union
County. In 1980 I ran for Sheriff and won my elections that year.
I
took office in January 1981 and served two more terms.
Sheriff Of The Year 1991
President Of South Carolina Sheriff's Association 1990-1991
FBI Graduate, Quantico, Virginia 1986
Having an
opportunity to go to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED)
I decided not to seek a fourth term.
At SLED I was able to expand my

several high profile cases with SLED.
After leaving SLED in 2001, I
began working Homeland Security with the US Army.
After leaving the
military I started working for the Jeter Stores (NAPA) as their
security analyst.
